Choose a novel you have read (non-PEAI novel) and BRING THE NOVEL TO CLASS.
Create a 3–5 min. discussion or activity related to the novel. It must be interactive and engage your peers. Ideas:
Create a worksheet and an accompanying activity.
Read an excerpt from the novel and start a debate or discussion.
Show the cover of the novel or artwork related to it and analyze it.
Create an interactive quiz or game show.
Explore one of the themes of the book through a discussion (e.g., sacrifice, loyalty).
