Create a timeline of your life for the past 20 months in your writing notebook. Label one side “January 2025” and the other “now” and add memorable moments in between.
Try to make at least 12 entries, and push yourself to record both positive and negative experiences, but also be sure to record a few key “small moments”—like maybe that evening in April when you were on a walk and saw something memorable, or that conversation you had this summer that has stayed in your mind. The more detail you can add, the better.
