WRITING (30+ min.)

  • Create a timeline of your life for the past 20 months in your writing notebook. Label one side “January 2025” and the other “now” and add memorable moments in between.

    • Try to make at least 12 entries, and push yourself to record both positive and negative experiences, but also be sure to record a few key “small moments”—like maybe that evening in April when you were on a walk and saw something memorable, or that conversation you had this summer that has stayed in your mind. The more detail you can add, the better.

  • Address 1 of the 2 prompts below in your writing notebook. Write 100 words or more.
