  2. Describe a situation in your life or school where you've seen the "Asch effect" happen—where someone went along with the group even though they might have disagreed. Be specific: Who was involved? What happened? How did you know they were conforming? (5+ sentences)

  • Create a map showing 6–8 locations that influenced who you are. A PDF of a map may be downloaded HERE or make one of your own. These can be:

    • Physical Places. Your bedroom, a relative's house, a store, a field, study cafe, etc.

    • Emotional Places. A place you feel safe, where something changed, where you felt joy, anger, despair, hope, etc.

    • Memory Places. A place that no longer exists or you cannot visit anymore

  • Requirements (hand drawn):

    • Each location labeled with a specific name

    • For each location: 2–3 sentences explaining what happened there OR what it means to you OR why you keep returning to it

    • At least one location must be a place most people wouldn't know about
