#85, Groups

All of us are simultaneously members of several groups. Each you posting here is part of the PEAI group. We have shared similar experiences in the classroom such as the monthly Missions or hearing each other's PechaKuchas. We also share common practices such as whispering "Stella" or gossiping about Susan, or greeting each other with a long "Hiiiiiiiii." In addition, you are part of several other unrelated groups; It might be a swim team, or an orchestra, or gifted children program, or a debate team, or a religious community, or a member of a YouTube channel. These groups define who we are and have tremendous influence over the way we view ourselves and the world.

group n. a number of people who work together or share certain beliefs; a number of people or things that located close together or classed together
